Aberdeen City Councilman Riley Carter made his first court appearance Wednesday. Carter appeared in Gray’s Harbor Superior Court where apparently, he admitted to charges of first degree rape of a child, At least one city council member had allegedly taken to social media to decry Carter’s actions and state they would seek his removal.
