Aberdeen Police investigated a hit and run yesterday at Broadway and 1st. Grays Harbor Scanner reports at one point Tuesday afternoon the department had to prioritize other calls due to the personnel involved in the hit and run investigation. That meant calls deemed to have a low priority, where a crime was not in progress may have been placed essentially on hold until officers were freed up from other higher priority calls. One person was taken into custody, but details of the incident have not been released to the public.
