No word on what sparked a fire in a tent in Aberdeen early Friday. Aberdeen Fire and police responded to the 300-block of E. State Street just before 2am Friday for black smoke coming from a tent. When Crews arrived, the tent became fully engulfed, and police attempted to evacuate people nearby as the fire began to spread. There were reports of fireworks, a propane tank and live ammunition going off during the fire. Officers used the loudspeaker in their vehicles to help clear out people from the immediate area.
