Today & tomorrow with an increased limit.
Today and tomorrow are the last two days of the current round of local razor clam dig, and as a reminder, the limit has been raised. The state fish and wildlife department determined earlier this month that since thee were so many clam on beaches, the daily limit for the round that runs through April 21st was raised from 15 to 20 clams. Diggers are reminded that their clams must be kept in a separate container, and they must keep the first 20 clams they dig regardless of condition or size. The next round of digs is scheduled from Friday, April 29, through Saturday, May 7.
