The scholarship is open to any past or present Montesano or Elma High School student who is attending college or a trade school.

Applications are now available for the 2024 Vaughn Scholarship. The scholarship is open to any past or present Montesano or Elma High School student who is attending college or a trade school. Each scholarship is worth a minimum of $1,000. The deadline to apply is at the end of March. The recipients are no based solely on income level and the money awarded will be given directly to the school.
