Law enforcement agencies throughout Grays Harbor are looking for a murder suspect after a shooting this week. Sheriff’s deputies, along with Aberdeen and Hoquiam Police responded to a shooting in Moclips Monday afternoon. A 59 year old man with multiple gunshot wounds was discovered at the scene. He would later die of his injuries. Now investigators are looking for Rufas A. Phelps III as the prime suspect in the killing. Witness statements claim that the victim and Phelps were in a property dispute that turned deadly.
