The Pacific County Sheriff’s office has announced a new k-9 team joining the department. Deputy Eaton and K9 Axel have successfully completed over 10 weeks of rigorous training and are now certified by Criminal Justice Training Commission standards. Deputy Eaton and K9 Axel specialize in tracking and apprehending fleeing criminals and bring a new level of safety to the community.
