A razor clam dig in Pacific County ended with a citation after a harvester went back to the beach for more. A Fish and Wildlife officer watched the man leave after digging clams, then return later and start harvesting again. When confronted, the man admitted he had already taken a full limit home and didn’t think enforcement was watching. He was cited for harvesting 29 razor clams, nearly double the legal limit.
