A person suspected of cutting off cars and having confrontations with drivers has been arrested. Grays Harbor Scanner reports police responded to an incident last night just after 7pm on State Route 109 and Ocean Beach Road where the driver cut off a van, and then attacked the driver, busting out a window. Deputies found the suspect and made an arrest before 8pm last night. There’s no word of a motive or how many other drivers the person is believed to have attacked.
