A manhunt is ongoing in South Bend, Washington, for Ralphael Mendoza, who is wanted for violating a sexual assault restraining order. On February 7th, the Pacific County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit joined forces with South Bend and Raymond Police to search the neighborhood, but Mendoza remains at large.
