The operation was the culmination of a two-month long investigation by the task force concerning the sale of fentanyl.

The Grays Harbor Drug Task Force, with the assistance of officers and detectives from the Hoquiam and Aberdeen police departments, served a search warrant at a residence on Chenault Avenue Friday. The operation was the culmination of a two-month long investigation by the task force concerning the sale of fentanyl by two people that were said to live at the address. Both suspects were arrested and are currently being detained at the Hoquiam City Jail.
