Elma Police arrested a suspected DUI driver after a high-speed chase around Main Street late Monday afternoon.

Elma Police arrested a suspected DUI driver after a high-speed chase around Main Street late Monday afternoon. The black Toyota Prius sped through town and even tore through a field before the driver was caught in a backyard. No injuries were reported, and the driver now faces DUI charges. Police thanked the Washington State Patrol and Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office for their help in the pursuit. You can read the full press release at the Elma PD’s Facebook page.
