The Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office has issued a warrant and is searching for the son of a man who is the prime suspect in a deadly shooting this week.

The Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office has issued a warrant and is searching for the son of a man who is the prime suspect in a deadly shooting this week. A Press Release says Rufus A Phelps IV is wanted as an accomplice to Murder 1.The father is accused of shooting a Moclips man earlier this week and then hiding from police.
