A pair of Aberdeen City Council races are still hanging in the balance as election workers continue counting votes in Grays Harbor County.

A pair of Aberdeen City Council races are still hanging in the balance as election workers continue counting votes in Grays Harbor County. Officials say turnout has climbed to about 31%, with more than 16,000 ballots already counted. Dozens of votes remain under review for signature issues, and voters have until Nov. 24 to clear them up. The next count happens Nov. 25, with final results expected in early December.
