A basement fire at the Grays Harbor County Jail on Sunday prompted a full evacuation of the facility. The fire, which originated in a clothing dryer, was quickly contained by firefighters, preventing major damage. 1 Two corrections deputies were evaluated at a hospital, but all inmates were cleared medically and returned to the jail.
