A reminder about water main flushing that’s continuing today in Ocean Shores.

A reminder about water main flushing that’s continuing today in Ocean Shores. The city started the flushing process yesterday between Ocean Lake Way and Albatross St. NE and should finish up today. City officials say the flushing process stirs up sediment in the lines and residents should not use hot water until the work is finished this afternoon. It’s also advised you flush your hot water tank after the work is done. Another round of water line flushing will be done for two days at the end of the month.
