A Hoquiam resident has been identified as the person killed in a train incident over the weekend in Kelso.
A Hoquiam resident has been identified as the person killed in a train incident over the weekend in Kelso. The Cowlitz County Coroner’s Office says Joshua P. Lewis, 38, died Saturday afternoon near the Allen Street Bridge. The incident happened just north of the Columbia River in Cowlitz County. Officials say the family has been notified and the case remains under review.
