There’s been another delay in the trial Jordan Bowers on fraud charges.
There’s been another delay in the trial Jordan Bowers on fraud charges. The latest delay was due to the prosecutor having a last-minute emergency that caused him to miss two hearing dates earlier this month. The judge in the case said there will be no more delays, and a hearing date for either a plea deal or to confirm they are going to trial is set for Thursday. Bowers is also the prime suspect in the disappearance of her 6-year-old daughter, Oakley Carlson. A trail date on the fraud charges against Bowers is set for May 2nd.
