Grays Harbor Scanner reports Witnesses saw them struggling against the current, and emergency crews quickly launched a water rescue. One person was brought out right away, while the other two were swept toward the bay before being spotted about 500 yards from a crane. All three eventually made it safely to shore, and the Coast Guard was called off.
