The Elma Police Department along with D.H.R. Elevate East County, and the Washington Health Care Authority will hold a town hall event to present information on the dangers of fentanyl and what to do if you witness someone overdosing. The free event will include the life saving medication Narcan for those who attend as well as training on when and how to administer it to save a life.
