Ocean Shores library will host an emergency preparedness and health screening event next week.

Ocean Shores library will host an emergency preparedness and health screening event next week. Ocean Shores residents are invited to the public library on Wednesday, March 19, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a Public Health Emergency Preparedness event. Attendees can learn about earthquakes, flood, and evacuation readiness while receiving free A1C and blood pressure screenings. The A1C test helps monitor blood sugar levels over three months, aiding in diabetes diagnosis and management.
