Governor Jay Inslee signed a bill that will give all public-school teachers in the state a three-point-seven percent salary hike for the 2023-2024 school year to help with inflation.

Governor Jay Inslee signed a bill that will give all public-school teachers in the state a three-point-seven percent salary hike for the 2023-2024 school year to help with inflation. The state Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction says minimum teacher base salaries listed in its Budget Driver Summary are set for roughly 75-thousand dollars.
