After an 18 month wait, the first new police vehicle in years has finally been delivered to the Hoquiam Police Department. The 2022 Ford F-150 pickup with a police package was ordered in September of 2021 with funds from the previous budget cycle. Due to the microchip shortage and other supply delays, the new police truck just arrived this week. See a photo on the Hoquiam Police Facebook page.
