Hoquiam Parents with soon to be preschoolers will have a chance next month to learn about early learning programs.

The legislation now heads to Governor Ferguson and would still create new statewide standards for law enforcement.

Officials say a draft Parks and Recreation Plan will be released Wednesday and will help guide future improvements and investments in the park system.
