Grays Harbor PUD says they are closely monitoring the winter weather. Linemen have been out all night restoring power in Ocean Shores North Beach and other parts of the county. They also released a list of safety tips for staying warm. They say to close off unused rooms, follow all safeguards and make sure any alternative heating source is well ventilated.
