Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma has finished the first phase of its long-awaited expansion, welcoming patients into new facilities this fall. The upgrade adds 20 private rooms and a new Restorative Care Program so patients can heal near family and friends. A new MRI suite also means locals won’t have to travel for advanced scans. Next up is Phase 2, an expanded emergency department with more space, trauma rooms, and a helipad expected to open in 2026.
