A 27-year-old woman died early Friday after crashing a motorcycle in Grays Harbor.

A 27-year-old woman died early Friday after crashing a motorcycle in Grays Harbor. State Patrol said it happened on State route 8 near McCleary about 9:30 that morning. Reports say the woman hit a guardrail and was then hit by a truck going in the same direction. The woman was later identified as Rae Lounsbury of Elma. The man in the truck was not hurt. Troopers say the road was blocked off for around 4 hours and that the investigation is still ongoing.
