The Pacific County Sheriff’s Department is releasing its monthly calls for service snapshot for the month of August.

The Pacific County Sheriff’s Department is releasing its monthly calls for service snapshot for the month of August. There were 29 burglary or theft calls, 25 calls of domestic violence, 26 trespassing calls and 67 calls about “suspicious circumstances” with 828 total calls for the month of August. Meanwhile Sheriff Garcia will be at the south county resident meeting tomorrow. The community is invited to the county annex building in Long Beach starting at 6:30pm Thursday. North County residents will have their community meeting on October 8th with more details coming soon.
